Paul Sinha is a London-based stand-up comedian and former GP who swapped medicine for the comedy circuit shortly after being nominated for the Edinburgh Comedy Award in 2006. Known to millions from television as 'the Sinnerman', he brings a sharp, quick-thinking wit built from years spent competing at the highest level of quizzing, combined with warm, well-observed material about identity, family and modern life. As a club comedian he was nominated three times for Best Club Comedian at the Chortle Awards, winning in 2014, and his Radio 4 series Paul Sinha's History Revision won the Rose d'Or for radio comedy. He is also a regular on Just A Minute and The News Quiz, and published his memoir, One Sinha Lifetime, in 2024.
