Danny Posthill is a stand-up comedian and impressionist who first stepped on stage at sixteen after being talked into doing impressions at a school talent show. That first taste of laughter set the course for a professional career that has taken him from working men's clubs to the Britain's Got Talent final, where his impressions of the likes of Michael McIntyre, Alan Carr and Donald Trump won over both the panel and the crowd. That national television exposure introduced his voices to a huge audience almost overnight, and the momentum has never really stopped since.
Since his run on Britain's Got Talent, Danny has appeared on Pointless Celebrities alongside fellow impressionists Alistair McGowan, Rory Bremner and Jon Culshaw, and has taken his one-man show, That Bloke Who Does Voices, to the Edinburgh Fringe. He has performed across the Mediterranean and South America and worked summer seasons with major holiday companies, building a genuinely international act. David Walliams has called him "brilliantly funny", and Alistair McGowan rated him the best impressionist doing stand-up he has seen, "apart from me, of course," high praise from a fellow professional.
With a family-friendly, fast-moving act built on recognisable voices and sharp stand-up, Danny is a strong booking for corporate events, cruise ships and any audience that wants big laughs without a hint of edge. His mix of national television profile and genuinely international touring experience makes him a dependable, crowd-pleasing choice for almost any occasion, family or corporate alike, and one that consistently delivers on the promise of his Britain's Got Talent run.
